CANCELLATION POLICY


Your appointment is reserved especially for you! Out of respect for our staff and clients, High Brow Boutique requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the full cost of services booked. Payment is required to book successive appointments. 

Up-to-date and valid credit/debit card information is required to be on file for every guest in compliance with this policy.

Due to their length, some appointments may require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of services booked. Appointments that fall under this policy are as follows:

Microblading
Lash Extensions
90min DMK Enzyme Facial
90min Microneedling Facial
75min Platinum Plus HydraFacial
Services exceeding 2.5 hrs


APPOINTMENT TARDINESS


For a smooth experience, we recommend arriving 5min prior to your appointment time. If you find yourself running behind for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your service in the time remaining however your services may be abbreviated or rescheduled to avoid delays for other guests. You may be responsible for the full cost of services booked. 

Failure to arrive to your appointment will result in a No-Show charge of 100% of services booked.


MINORS & GUESTS


We welcome those of all ages here at High Brow Boutique, though minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or have completed consent forms prior to their service. 

Your beauty appointments are some of the most relaxing times you can spend in a week (or month, for that matter). The special pampering break is dedicated specifically to you—no disruptions or stress involved. We love kids, but let's be honest, your appointment time is just for you and should be attended alone when at all possible. In the event you need to bring your child to your appointment, please understand they cannot be left unattended.

To respect client privacy, we do not allow guests in the room for any waxing services.


PAYMENTS


High Brow Boutique accepts all major credit/debit cards, cash, check and Apple Pay. All service, gift card and package sales are final. No refunds will be accepted.

All of our estheticians accept cash for gratuity and some also accept Venmo. Gratuities on credit/debit cards will not be accepted.

High Brow Boutique is constantly expanding its services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although every effort to keep the website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


PRODUCT RETURNS


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please reach out to our team at info@highbrowwaxing.com. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Unopened products will be refunded to the original payment method. Opened products will be refunded to store credit only. Returns after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.


CLIENT BEHAVIOR


High Brow Boutique has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or conversation and reserves the right to terminate a service at any point. Violation of this policy will result in a charge for full cost of services booked and a ban on any future bookings.


MEDIA & PRIVACY


Any personal information collected is used only to facilitate providing the services you've requested. High Brow Boutique does not sell, rent, or share any customer information to third parties. All disclosed information is securely stored and only accessed by necessary personnel. 

In the event your esthetician asks your permission to take before and after photos, or any type of photos/videos, you as a client reserve the right to opt out. Photos and videos collected may be shared amongst the High Brow team or posted publicly on High Brow Boutique social media platforms.
